…is that her ex behind the chair? “Just a taste of the soup, and I promise I’ll be on my way…”
“Darn it, Maybelle! What part of ‘restraining order’ don’t you understand?!”
Good eye, Smartypants.
If you mean the paw poking out under the arm of the human holding the cats, I think it belongs to the cat on the right.
Oh, you’re right! I see now it’s a person wearing a striped/pleated shirt.
What a bunch of sweeties.
Miso-ry loves company. I love it. Much cuter than the beauty parlor Miso Pretty downtown.
It’s hard to tell who is on the romantic date – the 2 cats or the 2 humans (I’m assuming 2nd human was phototaker)?
Mmmm, let’s eat, we’ll save the canoodling for later, OK darling?
Where else but in Japan would one find a bowl of rice topped with a romantic fishy rose? (Or, the pink stuff may be shaved preserved ginger). From the look of longing on those pretty faces, I bet both kitties are more interested in the smell of fish than romance.
“Canoodling” is such a great word but maybe this time it should be “catnoodling”! I wish my two cats got along this well; they hold each other in the highest contempt! Sigh.
“Canoodling”! Ach, why didn’t I think of that for the headline? (slaps forehead)
No shame! We love you no matter what!
I’m sorry, but when I first saw the whiter cat, my response was “Ow”.
I just wanna see them try eating with those chopsticks.
