When inspecting a new home, many first-time buyers overlook many of the little details that will cost them later. Always test the plumbing by running the water to see if it is clear. In this example, the orange patches indicate possible rust damage. Also, the floating cat head isn’t a good sign, either.
Via Imgur.
I would still buy this house.
I take the floating cat head to be a sign of luck.
Hairball? I’ll take it.
The ad I got at the bottom of this post was for first-time buyer FHA loans.
My ad was for Pantene: For Intensely Beautiful Hair. Also apropos.
Aha. Another marketing ploy – hooking you with a soulful-looking cat. 😀
My condo did not come with any cute animals. Multiple layers of wallpaper and flooring, yes. Kitties, no. 🙁
I got Home Depot!!
How do they know that I only shop at Lowes?!?!?!
I dunno. Looking over all my notes from watching HGTV all day, I think a faucet that dispenses cats might ADD to the home’s value.
Agreed. I’m not picky about the colour, either.
Would the drips be kittens?
😀 😀 😀
Do you mean that round tilted bowl is a FAUCET? I suspected it was an ultramodern home-style male urinal… 😮
I’m not sure what it is. It really does look like some kind of sink, but I’ll defer to someone with better knowledge of modern bathroom fixtures.
I think it’s a sink. The object to the left of it looks like a low-flow toilet. You know, the tankless ones?
Such beautifully decorated home would be my first choice.
P.S.: I admit ignorance, WHAT is the object filled with that wonderful white and orange decoration?
I was wondering this also, i say it’s a Kitty shower 😉
Kitty bidet
Good question. Unless it’s a guest room tiny sink plumbed behind the wall, because there are no pipes to be seen. Perhaps it’s just a cat dispenser?
I think there are pipes. If you look under the kitty’s cheek (near the sink’s edge) there seems to be a hint of a shiny drain pipe there . . .
Well spotted, I do believe you are correct. SUCH attention to detail, all of you!???
I’m voting teeny tiny sink. But no matter. What ever it was it now belongs exclusively to the cat.
Call the vet. The sink is stopped up. Again!
Now that I look again. I think it’s a soap dispenser with an attached bowl to catch those messy drips. So kitty wants to wash some jelly beans?
The cute kitty in the sink is not a deterrent to buying the house, but the crack in the wall behind him could be.
So lovely cat is a diversion. Very sly.
Hm . . the old “Cat in the sink” trick! (said in my best Maxwell Smart voice)
😀
There is a website devoted to cats in sinks, for those who may not know.It is slyly called”Cats in sinks”.Clever title.
I’ve looked at cats in sinks there. Sigh. Some people have bathrooms more fancy than anything in my whole house. But cats be cats.
If yours doesnt look like this guys, you are ahead of the game.
?w=300&h=300
