Meet Penelope, the new baby porcupine at the San Angelo Nature Center in Texas. Her quills are still soft now, but she’ll get prickly very soon, especially if you try to take away her delicious yam!

Wish that I could’ve sent this little one my yams growing up. Always thought that they were white potatoes that had gone bad. And that’s why they tasted so funny.
