The word of the day today is “recovery”. Spending the day setting, yesterday get together with old friends was fun but too much food was eaten and too much booze was had.

Great, I’ll put in my order of a Bun in a mug and how many refills can I get?

GiGi, what you need is a nice big steamy cup o’ bunny. The world would be a better place all ’round if we all started our day nose to nose with this little guy/gal. Can your heart break from adorableness???

Yes, and frequently, on this site.

I was out gardening early this morning and the little wild bunny who lives under the porch was out there with me, sitting about 10-15 feet away from me, eating whats left of the grass (most of it is fried with the heat and lack of rain). At one point bunny even turned his/her back on me. Btw, this one has a little white spot on his/her forehead, which I think goes away as they get older? so sweet.

Yep, spot goes away. Yours is a young ‘un. ?

I’ll have a cup-o-bun with 2 sugars, cream, and a little carrot garnish please.

Oh oh, I’m really in trouble then, both my mug and water bottle have owls on it. Is this gonna be a replay of “The Birds” (*looks around for a phone booth*)

On a more serious note…The Book of the Face reminds me I have an event today. My friends do Game Nights and they hadn’t done it in a few months so they put together a few themed ones over the past few weeks. I went on Thursday for Word Games, and today they’re doing a Game Night in the Afternoon to play a car racing board game called Formula D. The FB event page said “Tiny trophies may be awarded.”
Facebook also informs me it’s 90 degrees. Also I woke up all stuffy and I have a headache and I hope the drugs kick in soon. And I’m making my shopping list because if the game is done early enough I might go do my shopping trip that I decided against yesterday, as the only thing on my expiring Target Cartwheel offers that I really wanted is a cereal I want to try, which I will still get without a discount, so I decided not to go out.

I wish I had a group of friends that liked to play board games. *sigh*

Depends on the game, for me, but it was fun. I came in fifth. And ninth. (We each played two cars. My second car would have been tenth if my friend hadn’t destroyed one of hers and knocked it out of the race completely.) I did indeed get a tiny trophy.

Ack! Baby bunny! In a bunny cup. Ded!

Looks astonishingly similar to the bun on the mug.

Why are humans so compelled to put cute, tiny animals in cups? I’m not complaining, mind you; I think it’s one our nicer traits!
6rabbitsJuly 24, 2016 / 8:23 pm
This is what I was thinking, too! Maybe it is the ultimate expression of tininess? I still have a calendar page from the old ranch on my frig, showing 2 teeny buns in a teeny baby bowl, advising me to start my day with ‘the “hoppin’ good” taste of Bun-O’s cereal.’??

those ears and round forehead are just killing it.
