Although the teaching profession requires a range of technical skills, perhaps the most important skill is also the least discussed: Confidence. By showing students that anything is possible, teachers instill the idea that no obstacle in life is insurmountable… usually.
Ummm…I meant to do that! 🙂
Hee hee…all those little fuzzy kitten kiesters squeezing under the cabinet?
I know! It’s my favorite part!
*giggling uncontrollably*
Poor babies. I love the one off by himself just obliviously scritching away while the others are watching mom.
The kittens need to learn how to fail gracefully and they just got a great demonstration.
I think Mummy must have had a wee bit too much stress-relieving, strictly for medical purposes catnip…
8 kittens! she probably did this on purpose to score a nap.
I was thinking along the same lines, but that she was so exhausted from 8 kittens(!) that she failed her escape attempt!
People voted this down? Really? I’m trying not to fall over laughing at work.
I guess cause the kittens got scared. But kittens always get scared! My cat Patty, who dearly loves me, is also terrified of me when I try to pat her on the head. And her sister Selma, who loves me even more, runs away every time I open the freezer for some reason. Cats are just weird and awesome.
My Stars is afraid of her own shadow. If I sit still long enough she’ll come get comfy in my lap but if I make any sudden moves she’ll take off.
Kittens: Oh carp, mom fell. One of us is going to be blamed. Scram!
