Forsaking the wild life of rock and roll fame, Blayvenson likes nothing more than to decompress in his upstate New York farmhouse after long months on the road. “Home is where I find myself again, find my voice,” says the singer-songwriter, whose album “Hairball Blues” spent two weeks at the top of the charts. “Also, I have a spare room just for my jingle toys.”
Via Imgur. Actually, the shirt is another cone of shame alternative, like this plate.
Sigh…Must be nice to have money.
Now that is a real glamourpuss!
I love the idea of a shirt instead of a cone of shame!
I made my cat a onesie instead of the cone, which was so cute! But if only I’d had a little button-down for her! 🙁
Need pics.
Years ago our then-dog, a sweet older golden retriever named Casey, had surgery on her shoulder and would NOT leave the bandage alone, and just freaked out at the cone of shame. I called the emergency vet begging for a solution, and she suggested a t-shirt. So I put a t-shirt on her, and she thought she was just the most gorgeous golden retriever in the universe! After that she wore a shirt most of the time just because it made her SO happy. Silly doggie! I miss her — we adopted her when she was 6 and only had her for 3 years till cancer took her. 🙁 But seeing handsome Njorl Blayvenson here in his shirt reminded me of her and her high-fashion look. 🙂 Njorl looks as pleased with his shirt as Casey did!
It’s funny how some dogs love clothes. There’s a standard poodle in my family who is always sooooooo proud if you give her a hat to wear.
That’s adorable – it sounds like Casey had a great life with you.
How did that happen, to post a duplicate? I am really fat-fingering everything today!
Njorl looks like a hipster rock star. Does he have a cat bun?
Njorl should consider starting a boy band. He could be the Intense One, backed by the Zany One, the Shy One and the Cute-but-can’t-really-play-his-instrument One.
I’m too sexy for my shirt!
Does he wear sunglasses at night?
“glamourpuss” hee hee!
*puts on hipster glasses* “Hairball Blues” was the album that made him famous, but I like his early dancier work, like “Caturday Night Fever”.
*puts on bigger hipster glasses and smug expression* yeah, all his big hits are great, but I prefer the deep tracks like “Love Me Meow” and “Cult of Purrsonality”
Uhg, hipsters.
Just snorted pop out of my nose! OUCH! LOL!
He looks great – he’s hardly aged since “Dirty Paws I and II”! I think I’ve still got the original LP – I’ll have to look.
Brought back vinyl single pawdleded.
