Reader A M says hello from Arizona: “Javelina family just outside our yard this morning. Last year around this time you had posted a video we sent of a Javelina family on our front porch. They’ve come back for another appearance! Hope you enjoy.”

Hey, wait for meee!
The last one is pretty cute. ?
A new annual tradition – a visit from the Joliday Javelinas!
The last one clearly watched the ‘scootin’ bebeh trunkster’ video for tips.
Good one!
Joliday Javelinas!!! ???
Thank you so much for sharing! We love getting visits from these piggies. Hope everyone enjoys!
I enjoyed. ..I enjoyed !!
Piggies!
Thanks A M!!!
You’re welcome! Glad people like the piggies!
Our son lives in Scottsdale and sent us pictures of their Javelina family last year. The next day he sent a video of a Bobcat walking on the fence between their house and their neighbors. Glad the Bobcat wasn’t hunting the Javelinas!! Then they have big coyote families. When we visited a couple of years ago, the coyotes howled right behind their house the first night we were there. The next day we were on the golf course and they were there with at least 5 coyote pups playing for a long time. Golfing just stopped as everyone was watching them chasing each other and have a great time. Our son’s home is on the 16th hole of the course. There are LOTS of bunnies so they’re not catching all of them for dinner.
We had a pair of bobcats recently. Coyotes howl up a storm every night. There are owls living in the neighbor’s tree, they hoot every night, and hawks in the area. Like your experience, tons and tons of bunnies!
LOVE this. Lead by mama with the tiny bebeh who stays close to her side and freezes to a stop when mama does, next comes the idle teenager who slouches along, then regal Dad struts into view, and finally cousin Daisy who hurries to catch up with the group. Daisy you are always behind!
Aw, I love this little family! Thanks, A M!
So glad you liked it!
Wow!!! More! I want MORE javelinas! Mas javelinas por favor!
Will keep watch for more!
Love the piggies. Also enjoy the natural landscape. Love desert dusty colors and pointy plants.
Peccaries., actually, not related to piggies, though
they do resemble wild boar to some degree. Wild
boar are NOT cute.
