Um, yeah… So a bunch of senior elf staff are away on a retreat in Boca Raton, and we just got a rush toy order from our Pacific Northwest supply depot, so I’m going to need you to work double shifts all this week and come in on Saturday, so if you could do that, that would be great, thanks.

And here’s how my Monday is going.
I started out by spilling hot chocolate which went down into my sleeve, so now my sweater smells like hot chocolate. Luckily I keep a sweatshirt in my drawer, which I am wearing. At least I was already planning to do laundry tonight..?
…at least it’s something pleasant smelling – not a garlicky salad dressing or canned-toona juice! 😀
This means I’ll have to postpone the TPS reports…

Did you hear, Swingline later came out with a limited-edition red stapler to commemorate the movie?
I used to have an Initech mug and a bunch of flair. The mug was part of a set that also came with a little red stapler (not Swingline) and some other stuff. (It came through the returns department when worked in a previous job but not all the pieces were there so we couldn’t do anything with it, so the mug and stapler sat on my shelf for a long time. I eventually got rid of them in a fit of cleaning. Still have some of the buttons, though.)
