And finally: Tintin’s Tall Tiny Toy

Tiny giraffes: They’re not just for Russian billionaires anymore. Reader Faye brings us an adorable update on Tintin, the rescued red squirrel, and his favorite toy, a stuffed giraffe almost as big as he is, yet Tintin carries it to his penthouse with ease.

The squirrel and its giraffe stuffie? I’m imagining cuddling in the nest. I think we need a video cam in there.

Tintin and the giraffe reminds me of Ozzy the Weasel and his pal Eeyore: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QSd6v8jGA4 What is it about fuzzy animals and little stuffies that is so darn cute?!

Maybe it’s we feel that they feel about their stuffies the way we feel about them?

I asked TinTin’s Dad to compare the texture of TinTin’s belly fur to another animals’ fur.

He said TinTin’s belly is soft like a kitten belly!

I have been following Tintin and his Dad on Facebook. Dad posts at least twice a day. They go for walks and cuddle at night. And there is a big tux cat named Tiger.

Lovely human. Answers questions in the comments. I have learned that Tintin gets excited when he sees his harness and he is not neutered. Nice to know. Lol.

Near the end of the video of Tintin and the giraffe, he stuffs her backward into his nest and that leaves just her face peeking out and she looks like she saying :
Help! I’m being kidnaped by an amorous squirrel! ?

Where do I find a bag of Cheetos with a Chihuahua inside?

Just put a full, but opened, bag near my dogs.

The cute audience should have clapped their tiny paws after the performance.

I concur. And that musician should start bringing cats to every performance–clearly people were into it!

I’d love that. Whenever I go to concerts, there are giraffes in front of me, it would be a lot better if there were kittens instead for once I could see something 🙂 (if the giraffes still came, they would squat to pat the kittens 🙂 )

I can’t decide which is cuter, the kittens listening to the singing, or the squirrel with the giraffe stuffie.
And I just got asked to Cricket-sit over Christmas. I’m so happy, I could incubate a sprinkler!
