      You would have to be careful about a dog named Siri at my house – saying “Hey Siri” tends to do things like turn certain lights on or off, or adjusts the thermostat. That’s a problem when you live in a connected environment.

        When CNN is covering Syria my The Siri on my iPhone comes on and asks, “How can I help you?” Then records the entire report thinking it’s hearing a very very long request.

        I’m sirious. It took me three incidents to figure out what was going on as I was asleep.

          I just read an article about a woman whose name is “Alexa Seeri” – yep, she sets off both Alexa and Siri devices.

          Reminds me of that time Microsoft was demonstrating the xbox’s voice command features at a press conference and halfway through someone in the audience shouted “xbox turn off confirm.”

          Systems like these REALLY need to let users specify their own “magic words” for signifying commands. Multiple times I’ve only been saved from really embarrassing google searches by poor annunciation.

    I don’t know what impresses me more – the doggos being so polite & waiting for their name to be called; or the number of doggos this lucky person has!!
