It was late the next morning when Lawrence finally woke up — bleary, hung over, and about to learn an important lesson about life in art school: While other college students might write on you with Sharpies, art students use pastels.
Via Reddit. (The color is actually light shining through a window decal.)
Are you sure it’s not tempera?
Auditioning for the new Cadbury Easter Bunny commercial?
I thought easter eggs too!
Gorgeous pic and hilarious commentary, Mike.
I feel an overpowering urge to obtain a pale-coloured cat and a window decal.
OMG!!!! ME TOO!!!!!
Poor kitty .. It’s gonna be hard to wash (err lick) all those spots off.
Is there a Spot remover for kitty fur ?
(Snickers)
If there is one, the Bengals haven’t yet heard about it!
Wow, Doug, I didn’t know Snickers could be used as a spot remover!?
Cats are amazing. How does it manage to look elegant and stylish covered in multi-colored spots?
I thought this was a kitty from “Why Paint Cats.”

Beautiful Kitty!
This should be a photo for the next calendar! Or an Easter card. So cute.
Looks good and knows it.
Reminds me of one of my favorite childhood books, “Put Me in the Zoo” in which an imaginary animal can change the color of his spots. Anybody else remember that one? (My 2 and 3-year-olds at work love it, too, which makes me happy!)
It is Dr. Seuss come to life!
(At least it is in with that style of book)
Beautiful cat!
“Honey, did Felix always have spots? Oh dear, I must have had one of the ‘special’ brownies by mistake…”
I think you are “mistaken” about that mistake .. was it on “purrrpose” ?..
Hehe, you got me! 😀
I absolutely love this photo – the coloring, the polka dots, the pretty kitty. Made my day!!
Pretty kitty! Of course in college, we were nicer…just covered them in toothpaste instead of Sharpie. Equally annoying, yet not as hard to wash off. And they smelled better too, so that was nice. ?
