Sometimes they struggle to get into this world…
But they make our seas a better place…
And they’re cute, too!

That last one has a sloth face!
Yay!! Thank you!! (Was afraid I was too late).
Are you the Submitterator, Iglets? If so, thank you so much! The National Geographic slide show is spectacular and chock-full of the Qte – I enjoyed it immensely 🙂
Yes I am, my minute of fame 🙂 !
There was a couple of turtle I had never see before in the National Geographic slide show, the two headed one was a little freaky but still cute.
The Alligator snapping turtle (#3 in slideshow) is amazing – she looks like a really ticked-off pine cone!
“ticked-off pine cone” LOL!!!
I was hoping to see a turtle, since NTMTOM’s calendar noted it was World Turtle Day. Liked seeing some if the varieties of turtles in the Nat’l Geographic slideshow. Some were cute and some, I wouldn’t want to encounter.
Yes, some of these turtles are definitely cuter than others! They are, however, all interesting and serve a purpose…nature is cool that way! 😀
Turts! Now I’m remembering my little guy Jerry, though he isn’t quite as intimidating as the snapping turtle.
If it’s World Turtle Day .. Who’s bringing the Pizza ?
(Donnie is waiting … it better be here in 30 minutes or less)
Wee turtles!! <3
