That joey is pretty poised – I thought he’d be like “Aaah, get it off me!”
Death by cute *thunk*
Gah! this is just too darn cute! What is the expression? Stinkin cute!
Midway through I was afraid that the joey had half-snorted him up his nose! Little guy would not dislodge.
Monarch butterflies don’t seem to be afraid of much, maybe because they taste bad to predators. As I’ve said before I’ve had a phobia of insects for as long as I can remember and a Monarch landed on my leg once when I was about 6 or 7 and just would not get off no matter how much I screamed and shook my leg.
My aunt finally had to pick it up with her cupped hands and of course I was made fun of by my cousins and scolded by my parents for making a fuss for nothing.
A new level of cuteness has been achieved.
This is completely photoshopped. Cute, but not real.
I think the butterfly was lapping up nosicle moisture. Yum.
It also totally looked like the koala was sniffing the butterfly’s ‘pits – “Is that Secret Gentle Breeze? I should try that!”
? ? ? ?
The butterfly did what I would love to do: kiss the koala’s nose! ??
That’s high-koalaty cute.
(Yes, I stole that.)
That’s Ok, it shouldn’t dis-koalify you.
Ooooh, good one. You are well-named.
😀

Thank you! 😀
