My tear ducts and ovaries just exploded upon reading that title line.

Talk about someone being my hero, we need a Marc Anthony Men calendar.

That seems like an extremely restrained, almost minimalist, “Rules for the Pet Sitter” list, to me.

Hero dogs are the best. And “Firefighters rushed inside to look for the dog.” ain’t too shabby, either. ?

Shoot. My To Do instructions for my rabbits were longer, more specific, and even included a map!

I know – I mean it seemed like very little to ask.

It’s my favorite meme! I wish I could shrink and sleep on my bunny’s back…

Wow, I don’t know of many bunnehs that would tolerate anything sleeping on their back, except another bun, how sweet.

I love Leo the hero dog but I’m a little worried that there is no mention of the mommy cat.

As for dog sitting, when I was 18, few months after I moved out of the house my parents asked me to dog sit Jeanie my family’s 10 year old Pom for 2 weeks while they went on vacation. The night my dad brought her over, he arrived carrying 2 cooked chickens. My reaction was “come on dad, tell mom to stop worrying I can feed myself” to which he replied ” it’s not for you, it’s for the dog”. And yes I did feed her the chicken and didn’t eat any myself LOL!!

I’m wondering if the momma cat is an outdoor cat? It sorta seems like the cat must be out of the picture if the dog is so protective of the kitties. Maybe one of our researching Cutetropolitons can find out?

I loved the doggie saves the kittens story. I could so have seen Sophie doing that for Grace’s kittens, when they were tiny. Now there is no way she could cover them all, and sometimes she gets annoyed when they bite her tiny, curly tail when she wags it. I need to get new kitten pics taken, but they don’t sit still very long. and they don’t sleep in piles like they used to. They are all adorable, even if I have scratches all over my legs because they try to climb me. I have a special kitten dance I have to do when I am standing in one place, to avoid the climbers.
