I call shenanigans on that Koala! I see a seam on his leg.
He’s so cute he hardly looks real and that part in his fur could be mistaken for a seam.

“Rogue koala” is not a phrase I expected this morning.
I was listening to a podcast about marshmallow fluff (Gastropod episode “What the Fluff is Marshmallow Creme?”) on my way to work so monster marshmallows are timely.
Not sure how I feel about quoll feet…

Me neither Allein. Yes, Faye beans, but with demon talons. :S
tgif peeps! Thanksgiving weekend and the start for a week’s vacation for me!
debgOctober 6, 2017 / 10:53 am
I’m willing to brave the demon talons if it means I can scritch a tiger quoll. Same thing for wombatses.
Oh. My. D-O-G! Best office cat evah? Certainly on the list โฆ

I love all the kitties in these posts. The photo of DOG staring down the dogs had me roflmaoing.
And the goggies. And the koala. And the tiger quoll.
debgOctober 6, 2017 / 10:55 am
Please tell me I’m not the only one who just ordered $40 worth of kitty marshmallows. Sadly, the Halloween ones aren’t available outside of Japan, but even the “ordinary” ones are adorable.
AndrewOctober 6, 2017 / 10:58 am
Hope I am koala-fied enough to keep sending in stuff ๐ XD
…Candy Corn was surprisingly difficult to find here O_O
(had to send some to gf in Sweden cause she wanted to try)
Went to Walmart and all the usual grocery shops and nothing…
Finally ended up finding some at London Drugs of all places.
I myself still haven’t tried Candy Corn though =X
BenvolioOctober 6, 2017 / 11:10 am
Well, if you like the taste of wax, corn syrup, and chemicals… you’ll LOVE candy corn!
AndrewOctober 6, 2017 / 11:41 am
Yum XD
belphebeOctober 6, 2017 / 11:12 am
Not sure where you are, Andrew, but I do agree that it is sometimes difficult to find ‘seasonal’ treats that one used to be able to find everywhere.
I found Candy Corn and the pumpkins that are made from the same stuff (called mellowcreme, I recently discovered) in the Bulk bins at Save-On Foods.
I haven’t checked bulk bins at other grocery stores, but some of them might have candy corn.
No monster kitten marshmallows, though, which is probably good, because they look too adorable to eat.

Edmonton ๐ Thanks for the info!
Yeah, I found some of the Save On Foods brand (that they just seal with their price labels or w/e) :O
But since I was shipping it I had to find ones that were sealed in plastic.
Ended up finding these at London Drugs

The graphic quality of these is part of their appeal.
Muppet2171October 6, 2017 / 11:32 am
I find it’s a love or hate thing. You either love candy corn or loathe it. There is very little middle ground there. Personally, I love it. ?
Murray COctober 6, 2017 / 5:26 pm
Hate to admit but I love it too. Don’t eat it much, tho’ – probably just as well.
Andrew, you can also get candy corn cotton candy. I wouldn’t advise it, but you can.
Mark the time, peeps. I lay claim to the multicoloured kitten. I don’t know what I will call it, but it’s mine.
I’m not sure how I feel about marshmallow kittens. I find it difficult to eat some animals as confections. I absolutely refuse to even look at Purdy’s hedgehogs. Which is funny, because I can cheerfully consume gingerbread people.
AndrewOctober 6, 2017 / 11:42 am
Ooo I think I’ve only had cotton candy once, when I was little :O
Definitely don’t remember it tasting like anything XD other than sweet
Duckie ?October 6, 2017 / 1:16 pm
Sent Mike a pic. Hopefully it will make it here.

Cotton Candy in a bag is a travesty – it needs to be freshly made in the spinner on a paper cone. It’s god-awful – it IS just spun sugar – but it’s also fabulous and should be experienced once in a lifetime.
Good job on all these finds, Andrew – the site with the mama kitten and her little ones was great – lots of other tear-jerky stories to look at. Am curious about the name “tiger quoll” – they’re not stripey that I can see, not very cat-like at all.
What is a tiger quoll and where can I get one???
I thought the EXACT SAME THNG!!!!!!
So did I!!!
