I love the pawing at the end. Dogs do that when they want to show that they mean no harm. The doggy seems worried that his little friend fell down and is not saying anything anymore.

Doggo varied his noises to see if it made a difference. That light pawing to gently check on the diabolical creature was smart.

Tie might mean Doggo is at work. Obviously Doggo is an HR officer trying to communicate a job applicant.
I loved the various barks the dog tried. Loud ones, growly ones, whispered ones. It’s like he was testing to see if the little dog was actually copying him.
