“So let’s see how our holes are coming along… Nice two-pawed technique, Shannon, very good. Brian, I love your energy, but we’re trying to dig down, not sideways. Randall, get in here or you’re getting an incomplete for the class!”
I can dig it, Andrew Y.
Next lesson: How to escape a bath.
π Allein again you crack me up– also curmudgeon styles avoiding trick or treaters. π

I’m reading “Holes” by Louis Sachar right now, so this takes on another level of meaning (the characters there are Caveman, Zig-Zag, X-Ray and Zero!)
That’s a great book! Hope you’re enjoying it.
I’ve read it once before and think it is perfect for my students. We can order multiple copies for our library, so that’s the first thing I’ll do when All Saints/All Souls Day is over. π
WHO’S A GOOD PUPPY .. You are Randall for NOT digging up the yard !
Mom .. Other Kids .. No Treats for you
Poor puppers in the front just doesnβt get it. βAβ for cuteness though.
A thousand upvotes for Mike’s commentary.
Also for “Vote, vote, vote Like a baby stoat” Election Day entry on the Cutetropolis 2017 calendar.
*checks calendar* I missed that. I certainly did plan to vote in baby stoat-like fashion but it’s nice to have a cute reminder about it.
Puppy butt! heehee π
You know, I was so caught up in the digging action, I didn’t notice. Some adorable ‘tock action going on there.
Stand-offish pup is my spirit animal. That was me as a kid, watching other kids play some sport and thinking, uh, you’re expending all that effort why?
Expending effort to drive the adults crazy .. why else ?
