Considering that today I am wearing my hair in a style I like to call “my alarm did not go off this morning,” I might want one of these…
I have a feeling that your hair style looks better than mine. I got up with the “my hair had a party last night and I wasn’t invited” look. Actually, on further thought, I look very much like a hedgehog.
But not nearly as cute as this little guy.
One reason I keep it on the long side is that if necessary I can throw it up into a clip or something, though today I didn’t. It actually dries pretty wavy, at least at the bottom, which I like, but I have to at least blow-dry the front bits because I don’t like the way it goes around my face if left to its own devices. It’s really fine, so just drying it takes out most of the curl, even if I’m not actively trying to straighten it. (I also use a comb attachment on my dryer, which helps it dry faster, but which also helps to straighten it.)
I would vastly prefer a yelling hedgehog to a cuckoo! It’s a feature, not a bug.
I need one of those since the time change this week .. I can’t get my sorry fat butt outta bed.
I don’t this the cold temps are helping either .. lol
I have a light on my dresser that’s on a timer. I changed all my clocks except for the timer (first because I forgot, and then because I have to move something to get to it and I haven’t felt like it). So now the light comes on an hour before it should and then turns itself off about ten minutes before my alarm goes off. Which…kinda defeats the purpose…
As long as you remembered to change your batteries in the smoke detectors, you will be ok with an odd ball timed light .. *GRINS*
Ze Teef!
That’s what my alarm clock needs.
Yeah, mine too. Love the teefs.
I have a similar device—Ricky scratches and pounds on my door if I don’t get up early enough to suit him. His idea of “early enough” does not match mine of “late enough.”
A hedgehog does strike me as preferable to a cuckoo. Who needs to be called names first thing in the morning?
Y’all can just send those kaput cuckoos to me! I burst out laughing. Would love to wake up every morning laughing that hard. And I can just imagine the arguments that the cuckoos would have with each other. That would get me up. (Get up! shut up -she’s still sleeping! But it’s time to get up! You shut up! No you! …)
