Let’s check in at Jun’s Kitchen, home to the master chef (and the best-fed cats in the world). In this episode, Jun shares life with his cats, how he trains them to shake hands, and the fun they have together both indoors and out. And then he turns an apple into a swan.
Nice find, N. Fritz. (PS: Shout-out to A. H. for the nice tip, thank you!)
Love the expressions as they give their paws – very noncommittal. Loved Poki at the end diving head first into the bin.
My cat is like Kohaku, when she does the nightly rounds at my apartment building, she would sniff certain spots on the wall and roll on the ground. I think maybe those are popular places the dogs left their scent, and these are like animal message boards?
p.s. How does Jun make everything look so easy?
Thanks NTMTOM for posting this. I am in awe of Jun’s culinary and vlogging skills, and the kitties are just the icing on the cake!
I will shake your hand if you feed me some gorgeous sashimi too. Just saying…
Wow. Just wow.
Training a cat to shake–ppffftt! What I really want to learn is how he trained them to stay out of the food while he’s fixing it!!
It seems to be because they know he is going to let them smell the ingredients when he’s cooking so they don’t feel the urge to pounce.
I like the end when the wrong cat gives paw.
Poki isn’t the brightest bulb in the package, but he’s lovely and sweet.
This was perfect!
