Well, anteater feet too – they walk on their knuckles and they’ve got those giant claws…

Love the links. And yea!! that Browser was allowed to move back into the library. And loving the snow day video. All those waggy tails! It’s a wagathon!

I like the doggies Apolo and Angel, they look like they just ate a cherry pa-sickie.???
And I love the Pumi’s curly pom pom ears and of course the golden playing in the snow is extremely cute, but as a Cat Lady the best link is that Browser can stay at the library! ??
Oh, yes – the dark little butt parts in contrast to the snowflakes via WordPress was hysterical. The the Rottie tongues were so prefect! Browser was adorable – but one of the local dignitaries said something about a kerfuffle and I thought what a great pet name that would be!

Hurray for Browser the cat! Yes, it sends a message when you adopt a cat and then want to return it.
Those tiger cubs took my breath away–especially the blurry-stripe photos at Zooborns.
More happiness: I start my new one-year job on Jan. 15. I’ll be working at a company that makes spinning wheels and looms, so I’m still in the yarn business!

Oh, congratulations, DebG! Not only a job, but a job in your bailiwick!

I am so happy for you, Debg, great news!

That’s great! And so fast! Either you are astonishingly efficient at job searching or you have mad skillz. I quickly went to look up mad skillsz because I realized I was using slang from a time not my own, but fortunately I used the term correctly!

Thank you, all. I too am astonished that everything came together so quickly.
I knew the company by reputation and started my search by scoping out craft industry jobs in the area. They had an entry-level job opening, so I applied. It quickly became apparent that my skills matched a higher-level project they wanted done. Serendipity and a wide network of craft contacts won the day.

Good, wonderful news Debg, lots of people see you as a prime catch (besides us.) 🙂

I can tell you from recent experience that its a wonderful feeling knowing that you can buy groceries and that you can go to a doctor not a free clinic.

DEBG! That is TERRIFIC! Any reason it’s just for the year? Maybe they’ll find you’re such a fab employee that they’ll keep you on. Ooooh, this is exciting, can’t wait to hear more.
DebgDecember 29, 2017 / 7:32 pm
I’m working on a specific project but they already said it could turn into something permanent. We’re all looking at it like a trial marriage!
Yay! Congrats DebG! I’m so happy for you! Can you talk about the project? Or is it top secret. 😉
Ps: have you ever heard Paula Pounstone’s bit where she is talking to a weaver in her audience and realizes somewhere in the world there must also be loom makers? Very funny.

These are all winners, for sure! Am super happy for Browser the Library Cat.
That last one works particularly well with the WordPress animated snow flurry…
I was thinking the same thing!
Today I broke out the down jacket (13 degrees!) and I hate cold weather but I would gladly play in the snow with a pack of puppies!
—–
I hope dyed tongues isn’t going to be the newest trend in puppy fashion…(they are awfully cute, though).

Anteater feets are kinda freaky…
(oops, I meant aardvark)
