Wow! No comments! Where is everybody? In my case I was out running errands before another snow storm hits us tomorrow.
Well I’m officially “working” plus my brain is tired so I wasn’t able to come up with anything clever to say about this aside from AWWWWW.
Ah geez, my brain must be tired! I just realized what the hovertext really means. LOL for both me and the text.
Hello, Cuteteopolis! I’m floppy drunk, and that means I’m listening to Celtic music. Here’s a YouTube: https://youtu.be/WOFdssYBpi4
Slainte Booby, I like Bryn Terfel’s version and listen to it often on my shuffle but this is to me the all time version: https://youtu.be/mWIaP0NnEOQ
Hey, raise a good cheer to my late fella Pie for me, will you? I have to go to bed but heavens, keep the ceilidh going. 🙂
Thats some great “old school” stuff.
I agree Murkle46! Thank you bfbooby- but ok, you got me down the slippery slope of 90’s celtic youth– here is another to turn it up- if you want a 90’s banger you need ashley macisaac https://youtu.be/aoApELfgWcg
With my mom being from Nova Scotia, I was brought up on all that great music – Irish Rovers, the Chieftains, bagpipes, we used to go to the military tatoos all the time. Another great Celtic band is Clann An Drumma. There the ones that did that Sgt Mckenzie song from the film We were Soldiers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edO2XfO-WCc.
Another favorite “ethnic/folk” singer I absolutely love is Brother Izzy who sang a lot in Hawaiian. His most famous song is the Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful world mix.

FKA, how are you doing?
Morning Deb, thank you for asking! You know, I am actually feeling rather ok. I think all the wonderful thoughts are helping and I feel I did it ‘right’. I didn’t leave it too long nor did I do it too early. I have spoken to friends and family and they keep expressing how lucky Pie was to have me as a Mom and to be genuinely, unconditionally loved. And I point out and remember he did the same to me. He taught me to completely love. He was always such a good sport and even when he was feeling ill or tired, he would shake it off and just simply love me. I think I won the lottery.
