Happy Chinese New Year!
Today is the start of The Year of the Dog in the traditional Chinese calendar. Unlike the western calendar, Chinese New Year doesn’t start on a fixed date but instead coincides with the new moon. Since this is the Year of the Dog, here are some dogs dressed for the occasion (although the first one doesn’t seem too happy about it.)

Too funny. I think my favorite is the dragon costume. That last pug is the first one I’ve ever seen where both eyes go in the same direction! Good dog.
First doggie and his costume have matching googly eyes! ?
There’s a set date–you just have to look at the right calendar. 😉
Mooch doesn’t seem to agree.
