And finally: Cake Whap

Cake Whap one year on: human begging cat for cake.
Tiny. Notice the female firefighter had the baby on her chest.
This face!
Bebeh sloth on a beach is much better than the piece of a NJ realtor’s sign that blew away in hurricane Sandy and just washed up on a beach in France (as amusing as that is).
I understand kitty. I’m rather possessive about chocolate myself.
I feel cheated, there was no cute doggy having puppy as I was waiting to board my plane 2 weeks ago.
And I really hope Tiny makes it, if anyone has any follow up news about him please share.
Slightly OT, but after you’ve enjoyed the baby sloth video don’t miss that amazing animation about the last day of Pompeii.
I love that these links show the range of human/cat interaction:
The blissful cats?! sigh. Life is good when you can make a cat that happy.
On the other hand:
You no gimme da cake? I whappa you face!
Not to be too negative but I wonder why a 2-year old service dog hadn’t been spayed and why she was “allowed” to get pregnant.
I’ve seen some other comments about this story raising similar questions, so I don’t think you’re being negative. But I suppose new guide dog recruits are always welcome, even if they show up at inconvenient times. 😉
Maybe they bred two good service dogs to try for more good service dog traits?
I did read that the dog wasn’t expected to have its pups for another week or two and the vet had cleared the dog for the flight.
Just like with humans, even if the dr/vet has cleared you for travel, to me it only makes sense to not travel during those last couple weeks. Haven’t these people ever heard of babies/puppies coming early??? I was one of the other nuffers about this story and the story about the goat who gave birth in the yoga class. If this was my dog, she would have been home taking things easy.
Hang in there, Tiny! Love the happycats and racing corgis. The story about shelter doggies is grest, but cats still rule the interwebs, Buzzfeed! They always will!
I completely agree with the retribution eye-poke.
I’m with that guy.
Maybe if it’s vanilla cake I’d share but not toxic chocolate.
