“So, what do ya wanna do today? Run around the back yard? Maybe head down the block to that nice lady who gives us table scraps? Oh, here’s an idea! We could head out to that open field and chase rabbits! Ooh, sorry, man — I keep forgetting you’re not a dog.”

That just shows one how big a Giant Flemish can be along with what I believe is a Sheltie. Love the combo. They can both head over to my house, so I can snuggle and spoil them, with love.
Holy Mackeral!!! Yikes, that is one very large rabbit, I’ve heard of Flemish Giants but never realized just how big they got.
Kinda reminds me of a conversation I had with my hubby the other day. Some type of beeping noise had woken me up very early and I was asking him if he had heard it. Our conversation went like this:
Him – No idea but I did see a lot of bunny rabbits in the street.
Me – Weird, but doubtful bunnys were making the noise. At least I hope not. Killer rabbits ready to take over the world using high pitched frequencies to communicate?? Sounds like a SyFy movie, lol.
I guess we wouldn’t be laughing if we saw these bunnys in the street ’cause it’s totally believable they could take over the world.
Oh, and the beeping noise turned out to be coming from 2 of those dockless bikes that have invaded cities world wide and they beep if you try to move them without paying. And of course my post asking about the noise started a massive debate online about that whole type of service with about 99.9% of my neighbors totally disgusted with them.
Big buns, big buns, whatcha gonna do,
Watcha gonna do when they come for you?
Um, is it common for you to see lots of bunnies in your street? Do they ride the bikes?
LOL!!! The image of bunnys on bikes kills me since you can go two ways. Sweet bunnys on regular bikes or bunnys in leather on motorcycles. And yes, we have a lot of them in my neighborhood since we have several canyons nearby that they live in. Not to get gruesome but in a weird way it’s good that the canyons also have coyotes, otherwise I think we’d be overrun by bun buns.
That sounds idyllic. Canyons, coyotes, bunnies…What area is this?
It’s actually in the middle of San Diego. Everyone thinks of San Diego as a beach town but once you get about 5-10 miles in from the coast, it’s quite hilly with lots of canyons and mesas..
I’ve been to San Diego but only saw the coastal part.
I now have the unshakeable image of an all-rabbit remake of Spaced, if only for this snippet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QhHSl-bdpU
I’m in love with these two creatures. Wish we could see the daily dynamic.
I. Did. Not. Know. Those. Bikes. Beep. Sledgehammer.
I too want to see these guys awake and playing together. They look so very sweet here.
My city isn’t big enough to have the bikes. I’m not disappointed.
Trust me, if I had one and I knew where it was coming from that morning, those bikes would have been in pieces. And I actually had to put a post out on the app NextDoor to figure it out. Luckily a neighbor clued me in because I looked out the window and saw nothing, I really thought I had lost it until hubby told me he also heard it.
“And now I’d like you to meet Harvey”
I like Big Buns and I can not lie…
hmm .. Guess I missed Punday .. nutz
Every day is Punday in Cutetropolis!!
