Dear Diary: Today our sweet and devoted human brought home matching beds for me and the cat to sleep on. At first I thought my bed was smaller but the cat explained it was something called an “optical illusion” on account of I am so much bigger than she is.

Cat to Dog: It’s all in your head. (At least your head is all in.) Evil cat laughter. ?
1. Pick up cat bed
2. Place onto cat
3. Sit on cat bed
4. Wag
Lol, this is like the story of a famous child prodigy:
One day his father asked: which is closer – city of ChangAn or the sun? The child answers: “the city of ChangAn. We get visitors from ChangAn all the time, but you never see a visitor from the sun.”
Delighted by this latest show of brilliance, the father decided to show him off in front of some guests the next day. Again he asked the same question. But this time the 9 year old answered “the sun is closer”.
“How come”, the surprised father asked. “Well”, the prodigy answered “we just need to tilt our head a little to see the sun, but no matter how hard we crane our necks, we can’t see ChangAn.”
Some excellent cat logic here 🙂
The collar kinda makes it look like the bed is strapped to doggie’s neck.
Cats rule; dogs drool, says the cat.
Stars drools when she’s happy. She purrs and drools.
Pablo never drooled. (He didn’t rule, though, either.)
My beloved cat who passed away a couple of years ago used to purr and drool from happiness on my lap… it was the sweetest thing, I thought. And I still miss her. 🙁
