Beware the groove…
Ohmigosh: Nakey squirrel baby! Huggy huggy kitty! Patient pibble!
Mike, I have llama drama question: Is it an antidote for poison? or posion? or a potion?
I just hope the llama is taxi-trained.
Eek! Two misspellings in one day! Thanks to everyone who pointed this out.
Of course Llama Llama Red Pajama would pick a red car.
Huggy kitty can hug me any time he wants.
If they ever need to know that the squirrel is thinking, just call Kronk!
Also – A llama?! He’s supposed to be dead!
Baby squirrel story is great but it made me think of a question I often have when I read stories about wild animals who are rescued as babies and end up having to live with humans. What happens when they mature and want to reproduce? I can’t imagine that they can all be neutered. Does anyone know?
If they see their rescuer as their mother or father, I imagine they’d bond onto another human (or pet) as a potential mate. Then if their behavior gets really disruptive, getting them neutered is probably an option.
Although it seems like anything goes – there was that penguin in a Japanese zoo who fell in love with a cardboard cutout.
Guinea pigs can have neuter surgery, so I’d imagine squirrels can as well.
I won’t say it, I won’t!
Oh come on Duckie, please make a nuts joke!
Thanks. I wonder about larger animals in rescues, preserves, sanctuaries.
Raccoon story.

Rats. I may not be able to find an alternate source, but I’ll try.
Yes, that was my reaction too!
UPDATE: Here’s the video via Twitter, which should play in your area. Thanks for your patience.
Aww.
Awwwww, cute proposal, darling baby – is that theirs?????
I’ve heard of therapy animals but, really??
That wedding proposal was adorable.
Unless that’s a young llama (a cria), I suspect it’s actually a suri alpaca. They’re extra special with extra special fleece.
Translucent baby squirrel toe dots! And the teeny weeny tiny widdle tail!
Haha on me! Mike, I just realized that I loved the raccoon story so much that I sent it on to you!
oooooooo! So many Emperor’s New Groove Fans! I had no idea. I love you all!
