Clean-up must be easy too, Sharon H.
I’d definitely cook more if I had such a cute little helper.
I’ll take 2.
Apropos voice activated: Stephen Fry asks Alexa what does a hamster sound like and her answer does not disappoint!
I really, really would like this to be what Alexa’a response would actually be.
Does not disappoint at all. Wish I could set my Echo devices to have a British accent! I have my phone set to read directions in a male British accent, so I call him Nigel.
My gps has six voices to choose from (you can get more, but it came with six). Male and female, British, Australian, and generic American accents. The male British and Australian voices are Daniel and Lee, respectively (I have Lee telling me where to go). I don’t remember the female names.
The generic American voices have no names.
Further down someone asks Alexa what the Spanish for “windows” is and the answer comes back “Ween-dos”!???

I’m guessing they are only sold in Hogsmeade.
Hilarious, Mike. I think you’re on to something–trademark this appliance idea immediately!
Reminds me of ‘ol flappy lips’ except different colour. 🙂
I bought one of these, but all it ever told me to make was tuna casserole.
Now that’s what I call singing for your supper! And uhm, I think I need to make a complaint because I checked and my crockpot did NOT come with voice support.
I’m getting quite an ab workout today with all the laughing out loud I’ve been doing.
