This tubby little kitten is still learning how to roll over, and he seems to employ a little tough love to get motivated. As his little arms and legs flail about, he appears to slap himself repeatedly, as if thinking “All right, mister! (slap!) No excuses! (slap!) You can do this! (slap!)”
I’m slap-happy, Dana D.
Dat belleh!
Yep, killed me ded!
It’s the little kitty that could!! I think I can, I think I can. And YES!!! I rolled over. Anything after that is anti-climatic.

I’m such a kind and thoughtful Duckie. I found two turkey carcasses shivering in the freezer, so I took them out and invited them for dinner. Then I even put them into a stock pot of hot water so that they could warm up a bit.
I want this darling ball of pudge! But not for soup. Although, when he gets older, I might give him bits of turkey.
?
That’s one chub of a kitten. He’s also very determined.
Lionel: “How do you work these crazy things?!”
I hurt from cute. His look of concern is what really got me.
Did you hear the tiniest of squeaks?! Turn up your speakers!!! *is so ded*
There were at least three squeaks – the middle one was the funniest.
If this doesn’t trigger your Cute Aggression, nothing will.

Boy, I get that. I did wonder at the expression “I could eat you up” or “I could eat you with a spoon” – both phrases I heard growing up (not aimed at me!) And wanting to hug something that’s so cute in an aggressive way – I think you’re just trying to get close enough to make it a part of you.
