Yeah, I know, it used to cost a nickel. But that was back in the old days. When you adjust for inflation it balances out. Besides, who understands psychiatric issues better than a cat? You’ll be getting your money’s worth, trust me.

I’d pay 50 cents to cuddle a kitty. It’d be good for my mental health right now.
My kitties aren’t cuddlers in their old-ish age. Might have to get a dog. Maybe I should get help from this little girl…anyone got $0.50 I can borrow?
I got a $10. Cuddles are on me!
sign me up!
I suspect that a feline psychiatrist’s advice would be something like “Pull yourself together, stop whining and get me some treats.”
Dr. Kitty resembles a sweet girl I know who, at 20 years old, finally crosses the rainbow bridge today. Peeps, please send out a good thought for kitty Jill and her mom Linda, who will miss her very, very much.
Oh, no! I’m so sorry – this is close to home for me since our cat is in that age range (she was a foundling, so unsure exactly) and has issues. She still does pretty well but I know with each day her time is coming. My heart aches along with yours, DEBG.
I really get it and Linda and Jill have whatever warm thoughts of mine can travel.
So sorry to hear it 🙁
Sending warm thoughts and wishing lots of strength to Linda!
My heart goes out to your friend Linda, I lost 2 of my fur babies not so long ago.
Jill, Dmitri’s waiting to meet you. He’ll show you around, and will curl up in Rainbow-inflected sunbeams with you.
Linda, my heart goes out to you. Much love to all in this sad situation.
Please convey my sincere condolences your friend Linda; I’ve been there.
Have a big hug, Linda, and have one yourself, DebG. It hurts to say goodbye to the good friend our cat can be. I still get teary when I think of my tuxie, Ben-him, who passed in1991. He was actually my Belgian shepherd, Phred, re-incarnated in a catsuit,
with all of Phred’s sweet loving doggy character, color and markings! I miss them both. *snif* ?
