Hot dogs tear up the course at WKC Masters Agility
A thrilling highlight of every Westminster Dog Show is the Masters Agility competition, and this year’s event saw the aptly-named Verb sprint into action as the overall winner. In this highlight video, you’ll see Verb’s winning run, plus speedster Pixel, pocket rocket Gabby and more.
Please tell me Verb has a sibling named Noun.
And Past Pluperfect Subjunctive. (anyone know that joke????)
Murray, is it the one about scrod?
You got it!
I love all the dogs here, but I think Rudy stole the show.
YES!! I’ve never seen a bulldog do this.
YES! It’s as if Sir Winston Churchill did the agility! ?
So fun to watch! I’d fall down in a tangled mess on the weave poles…
Anybody else feel their adrenalin pumping just like the doggies??? I know by the end of the video my heart was pumping like crazy!! I don’t usually follow dog activities but I LOVE watching obedience activity. That bulldog surprised me as I didn’t think they could FLY like that. And he didn’t look like he was having any breathing problems with doing that. The 8-inchers could really FLY as there isn’t much for them to have to carry around at that size. Put little wings on them and see what they can do. π
Yes! My heart is racing and I lean right and left as I watch the weave poles.?
I did, too!! Just a normal reaction when they do that part. π
My 2 foster kittens are big fans of the Westminster speed trials. (Incidentally, anyone looking to adopt 2 fabulous boy kitties in the NYC area, let me know!)
Now that’s a good reason to watch Fox! The tunnel cam was a nice touch.
They could borrow a page out of the Puppy Bowl book and have a bowl cam at the end?
This video is exhausting!
They showed Gabby at the end of the news tonight!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bulldog do agility before.
Zoomies are great, but I think we’re forgetting about the real star of the show here:
I can only hope to have half the cool of Winky some day.
That’s more my speed. π
That is truly funny – rather full of himself, isn’t he??? So pert, refusing to break a sweat.
