    Oh yes, this is so wrong but I love it, I thought I was the only one that read the Pippy books as a child. And that look, such a doofus!

      I read them over and over. Nowadays I’d prefer the canine version. Maybe Mike could write them.

    I didn’t read the books, but the local Children’s Theatre (not shows done by children, but geared for children) has produced the shows a few times. Great fun!

    I remember watching the French version of the Swedish TV show, but she was called Fifi Brindacier because pipi in French is what little kids are thought to call urine.

    I watched the old Pipi movies when I was a kid. I didn’t even know they were based on books or from Sweden until I was an adult.
