it’s lovely to see Charlotte’s happiness.
Absolutely…and don’t miss devoted cat parents Charles and Caroline:

OMG – this is one of the sweetest stories I’ve ever seen!
I love the photo where she has him pinned down for optimal grooming.
Their rescue website is https://www.love-and-hisses.com/ the kittens are named after Little House on the Prairie characters, Mary, Laura, Almanzo, Albert and Willie.

I really need to ration my time spent on Lovemeow, otherwise I get sucked into all the stories and next thing I know a half hour has gone by. But the links are all great and that pink dolphin is amazing, I’d really like to know what genetic mutation caused that color. And those chickens!! Too cute!!

I love the horizontal stripey pattern on Charlotte’s one baby!
I would not be able to cut those pies! I think my favorite, at least as far as creativity goes, is Ron Weasley with his hair made from the peach filling showing through. Gonna have to share that link with my bookstore facebook group.
Love the hoppy chickens and pink dolphin, but most of all I love the husky acting as surrogate mama to all those kitties. Your average dog is kinder and more loving than an awful lot of people!
I know right! And that look of concern on doggoe’s face…making sure no one is hurting the wee one!
The hoppy chickens remind me of the chickens in the ballet ‘La Fille Mal Gardee’.
Oh dear…the site’s forgotten my name and email again.
God bless her! That’s a lot of baby! She definitely looks seriously deflated.
In today’s local paper we had a pic of a bear with three cubs, all the same size so presumably the same age – I don’t think bears generally have triplets…perhaps she’s babysitting for another bear mom?
When I was at the Toronto Zoo, the tour guide on the tram ride mentioned that hippos are really sensitive to the sun and need to cover in mud for protection.
Don’t hippos create their own sunscreen? Don’t they ooze a pinkish liquid? Couldn’t we call over the pink dolphin and rub a hippo all over it?
Thank you for that mental image. Let’s hope no one asks me what’s so funny.

I think that’s illegal in 30 states and the District of Columbia.
