Pythons have puppydog faces. :3 The small ones tend to be really chill if you raise them right.
I have a friend with a ball python who comes out to visit when he has friends over for movies. Snek will rest placidly around the shoulders of the most exothermic of my friends, but will occasionally get struck by wanderlust. I’ll have forgotten she’s there, and next thing I know there’s a forked tongue flicking through my armpit hair. It’s less startling than you’d think, but pretty disconcerting nonetheless.

Ooh, what a sweetie. If you’re chilly baby, come see my hubby, he’s just radiates heat. When we used to have a pet burmese python and had to take him to the vet, the snake would just love being around my husband’s shoulders to say warm.
