The elephant was kidding around. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen an animal joking before, as opposed to playing.
I was wrong. i looked more closely. The person on the right was directing the elephant and gave it a treat after it performed.
After umpteenth viewing I saw that too… but the elephant is so gentle on the hat return… How do you “train” that?
I agree. Elephants seem to be such intelligent and interpersonally and socially sensitive beings. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did kid around, but alas, this is not evidence of that.

Luna and the elephant are too funny. Zara and the other kitties are just so sweet. And yeah, dogs are basically liquid when sleeping. Thanks Mike for a great start to the day.
