Ground and/or Camera Hog

For this brazen thief, every day is Groundhog Day

A gardener named Jeff noticed that a pest was eating his vegetables, chunk by chunk. So he set up a camera and soon caught the thief in the act: a brazen groundhog he nicknamed Chunk, popping up into frame to show off his latest prize. In the end, farmer Jeff liked Chunk’s style so much that he let the critter have whatever he wanted. (Follow Chunk on Instagram. Thanks, Julie!)

If you want everyday Chunk, follow him on Instagram @chunk_the_groundhog.

You’ll see his girlfriend, Nibbles. And you can see the #ChunkChallenge, which is worth it. I’m not going to say anything to spoil it. But it’s funny.

Jeff and Chunk and Nibbles are so great! Making the animals their own garden is wonderful. When Jeff said it’s the animals land too it made me want to meet him. If only we all saw the earth that way!

How can you not love Chunk?? And, why isn’t there a groundhog emoji?

I’m so glad Jeff has accepted the cute, yet hungry Chunk and his mate. Good thing Jeff, doesn’t have to live off his garden or he might not have been so willing to share.

    This is wonderful!

Am finally sitting down to watch the Puppy Bowl and am thoroughly enjoying it. So much nicer than the so-called real world. Why isn’t this the real world? sigh

OMG I’m in love with Chunk. (And maybe a little with Jeff, too.)
