      Since the writing is in Hebrew, most likely Ben-Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, Israel. The cats look well cared for, maybe they work there.

    Doesn’t look like this is their first ‘go round’. I’m sure they enjoy their viewing platform and the attention they probably get from workers there. Yes, I agree. They DIDN’T read the posted sign!! But, since they’re cats, the powers that be will forgive them. 🙂
