Ralph and Edna Take the Long Ride

“Try to be brave, my darling. They say the operation doesn’t hurt, and you won’t even notice anything different, and that your manhood will be just fine (snif!), it’s going to live on a farm upstate, where (snif!) it can run and play… (sob!)”

What a story! What a picture! What a gorgeous couple!

What a surreal idea! Very funny, too. There are a surprising number of intact male dogs in my neighborhood, with very little excuse for it. Nobody in the heart of urban NYC is, or should be (I would think), running a breeding operation.

Ricky was “tutored” long before I adopted him. About a year after I got him, he decided to reveal his little winkle to the world, and he kept it out for two years! (“Look what I’ve got!”) He was like a little boy who has just discovered he has a pee-pee. Eventually he got bored with that and retracted the equipment. it still makes me laugh. I do miss him, the little skeezix.

There’s an awful lot of pseudo-sympathetic snerking going on here in Duckville.

R&B’s mom- perhaps those NYC dogs are sporting “Neuticles”. Ralph and Edna should look into it. After all, the male ego is a fragile thing…

Oh dear lord. I can’t believe someone came up with that idea. Had to check what “neuticles” were but used my phone … just in case. They seem to be more for the owner than the dog.

Yeah, guys seem much more reluctant to fix their male dogs.

Y’know, I thought of that, but judging from the general reaction of other dogs to them, I really don’t think so.
