A tiny preemie koala gets a chance to grow
Pixie is the perfect name for this tiny koala. Weighing in at only 200 grams when rescued, all she was missing was fairy wings to fly her away. But instead she was brought to an expert caregiver who cuddled her in a cloth pouch, and gave her milk to help her grow…
and grow…
and grow…
AND GROW!

This is the kind of news I need right now.
Also, penguin field trips.

Penguin field trips are excellent! Thanks for this.
Love it Allein! The penguin in the first video reminded me of Lovelace from Happy Feet. Same kind of waddle and attitude. They need to continue this enrichment and upload more videos.
Such sweet and tender care from the human mom. Awww.
Iām dying just from the photos. The video will finish me off for sure.
I want to watch all the videos but for now, it’s just a little too much for me. I check back later when, hopefully, I’m not feeling quite so vulnerable. ā¤
My two cents:
The koala video is adorable, and pretty much the same as it would be any other time. A rescued baby, being well looked after. Do treat yourself!
The penguin videos are sweet and interesting, though also a reminder of current strange times, so maybe skip them for now if you’re still feeling fragile.
Bibi sends healing puppy kisses!
From so tiny to a fully fluffy koala tot. Warms my heart.
She keeps getting fuzzier and fuzzier.
I WANT TO NEEBLE ON THOSE TEENY LEETLE EARS! Or just one little nose smooch!
