Now, I’m curious. googles Yep. Birds can and do yawn. It’s not just the kids that are learning.
I learned something new today. Can’t say I’ve seen a boirdee yawn. If we’re going to catch something contagious, let it be something as harmless as a yawn.
Please? I just watched ABC’s special broadcast at 7:30. It’s terrifying and I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around the numbers. And the field hospital in Central Park. And the refrigerated trucks… And and… (And then I saw something on facebook about our “very smart” president apparently wondering how NYC hospitals suddenly need hundreds of thousands of masks…and implying that they’re being stolen and sold by employees…??)
How is it any part of life seems to be anything like normal when that is going on less than 60 miles away? Yet here I am, watching Family Feud (no! don’t shake hands!!!) and commenting on the internet. And I don’t know how to process that…

Snakes yawn too! It’s kinda weird looking because of that whole unhinging jaw thing, but it’s still cute.
They can yawn, but can they fart?
Apparently there is no evidence that they do. From what I can google, no one’s really sure if they don’t, or if the gas just leaks out gradually rather than all at once.
Seals, however, definitely do.
