Our favorite hippo stars in a bedtime story
Fiona the famous hippo at the Cincinnati Zoo has already appeared in some engrossing books, but this latest read will put you to sleep. At least it’s supposed to, because it’s titled Fiona, It’s Bedtime, and it features the precocious preemie telling her fellow zoo residents to hit the hay. I quickly look at every email I get from the Cincinnati zoo just to see if it’s about Fiona and Bibi. This one was a surprise because I didn’t know there was going to be a new book out about her. Happy to send it on for everyone else to enjoy the story. That’s our GIRL(s)!! It’s a keeper.
Our local police departments have been posting videos of officers reading books for kids on their Facebook pages. Maybe we can get them a copy of this book. 😀
