    The workouts remind me of when my late father was on the floor doing his therapy exercises and the cat was upset. He wondered what was wrong and I said she’s not used to seeing people on the floor. Especially not him. 😂

    Love the workout pets! Scorpius likes to stop in when I’m on the treadmill or the yoga mat, but I think he just wants me to get out of his room.
