Down on the Funny Farm

There’s never a dull moment at Save a Fox Rescue, where the guests seem to have come down with a chronic case of the giggles. When their favorite rescue person shows up, foxes Finnegan and Dixiedo break down into what sounds like hysterical laughter!

Thanks for the laugh, Murray C.

So foxes are gorgeous, fun, and adorable? Kitteh seems to find them a bit rambunctious.

Is this normal fox behavior? Did they maybe consume some uh….substance? Some sort of catnip?

If this is where they’re coming to take me away to, I’ll be happy to go.

Their laughter is contagious. Foxes are just being foxes. It’s serendipity that the sound signals to humans as laughing. The sound and behavior are obviously showing pleasure though.

To me the most unmistakable animal signal is a dogs wagging tail.
