Please, will somebody do an opera starring nothing but cockatiels? It would be glorious.

How about Rossini’s ‘La Gazza Ladra’ (The Thieving Magpie)?

I have been laughing like a hyena all day at this response. Must save it for future use.

I love that boidie so much.

Did the rescuers bring the St Bernard a barrel of brandy?

Some of those cat pics were rather confusing.

I opened it in an incognito window and was able to read it but after the first few the pictures seemed to be blurred out. (And really I was just scrolling for the pictures.)

Singing cockatiel sounds like a singer warming up before the big performance – “me, me, me, me”. Was waiting for him/her to break out in scales. The St. Bernard story just cracked me up and big thank you to rescuers for bringing Daisy down off the mountain. Wonder if the owner will take her out for hikes anymore?

The lady providing wildlife rehab is amazing – the list of animals she’s caring for now reminds me of the 12 Days of Christmas Song, all she was missing was a partridge in a pear tree.

Love the funny cats today and the dad joke memes, just groan. Cat and puppy reminded me of a kid wishing for a baby brother/sister and getting the opposite of what they asked for. In the beginning the puppy was such a jerk to the cat and the cat really didn’t look like he was too thrilled with the new addition. But as the puppy got older, it seemed the tables got turned and the cat got his revenge but now they look like best buds.

Loved tiny puppy and kitty learning to be besties. They are so sweet together.
