I agree, “ kale is evil”, so hop to my place and lettuce go green, other ways.

It’s great to see the fight against Big Kale finally getting some coverage!

Kale’s not so bad, especially if you get the new or baby kale, crunchy but still tender. But I agree regular kale, blech. Give me some romaine or even iceberg or even better, lovely with a kick arugula.

Amazingly this lovely bun bun doesn’t seem to mind having a rainbow crown. I actually get a sense of pride and look at me.

My fave kale recipe says to cook the kale in coconut oil. That way, you can slide it into the garbage can more easily,😃

    Lovely hippie bun!

Like with every plant, you have to find a recipe that works for your taste buds and brings out the best in it.

Kale chips made in the oven are delicious, IMO. Added to a stew it’s not bad either. Kale juice isn’t bad either if you add some sweet fruit to it like mango or apple.

Kale is part of the cabbage family, so just about any cabbage recipe will work for kale as well if you lengthen the cooking time.

Yes, I am with Hank and other Cutropolians who think kale tastes and texture is as a noxious weed and should remain as a lovely fall ornamental…(and quinoa should die! die! die! …gawd, quinoa is just awful…)
