Spinning doggy made me dizzy.
Good mix today – silly dogs, heroic rodents, and a lost pigeon. Wonder where he was all this time and just imagine the stories he could tell. That’s pretty cool about the guy doing the pet “portraits”, some of them are petty good. I know any I did would be stick figures. Hmmm, maybe there’s a market for something like that as a new version of primitive art. I’ll be rich, filthy rich!
Beyond the wildest dreams of avarice! (Or of charity.) 🙂
The dolphin who turned upside down to mirror the sloth is especially adorable.
Dolphins are so playfully smart.
I would take Chico anywhere on his branch.
I feel like the pet portraits are the visual equivalent of what Mike does with words. <3
That Kereru is definitely a lover, not a fighter – the pompadour is a dead giveaway. I loved the doggie portraits -until I came to that incredibly obese dog (not the portrait, but the real dog) and it made me very upset. But Catwhisperer, that is a great comparison between the wordsmith And what I would call a dog caricaturist.
Agreed. I was laughing until I got to that one, poor pup 🙁
That’s Wolfgang; he was a rescue and his new humans helped him lose a lot of weight.

Thanks for telling me this! Poor doggie looks more like a hassock than a pooch. But his future definitely looks bright!
Oh, that IS good news. I’m glad Wolfgang got the help he needed. Thank you so much, Allein!
I just saw the dolphin video – I think I will now and forever think of dolphins as sea quokkas.
