The management of Cutetropolis is proud to introduce Miss Vera Bunley, the new office rabbit. Adopted from a local rescue agency, Vera is a dwarf rabbit about seven years old.
According to her rescuers, she was raised in an isolated hutch with minimal attention. But now she’ll spend her golden years in a large room with two new friends: Teddy and I.
Teddy wants to groom her the way Ani taught him to, but Vera is more shy and pulls away. But we’re making progress and I know they will get along.
Congratulations! Ms Vera is beautiful. And she is one lucky bun to get you for a Dad. It’s great that Teddy took to her right away. It’s nice to know he really did like Ani.
Hello, dear Vera. You’re a petite darling.
Congratulations to Mike and Teddy! Welcome Miss Vera Bunley, you gorgeous creature! You’ve landed in clover now.
Oh Mike, I’m so happy for you!😊 And I am especially glad Teddy likes her. She’ll get used to him in time. From what you said of previous environment, she’s not used to much.
I had 2 buns live to 13 and one to 12, so it is possible you might have her for more than a couple years. It is so good of you to get a bun from a local rescue. When I was younger and had more space, 3/4 of my buns came from rescues. Smooches to Vera!
Again, so HAPPY for you!☺️ 🐰🐱
Mike, I’m so happy you adopted Vera, especially since she is an older bunny. Bless her heart, she deserves to live out her life in a good home and get the love and attention she missed out on. You and Teddy will help her adjust just fine. See once you have a bunny, it’s understandable to want another.
this warms my heart! congratulations, Mike, Teddy and Vera!
Wonderful news Mike! What a sweetheart! Hippity hoppity down a new bunny trail!
Congratulation, Vera is a beautiful bun and I’m sure Teddy and her will become good friends soon.
Yippee!!! Looking forward to many years of hearing about her antics. Congrats all around. To you for rescuing the lovely Miss Vera. To Teddy having a new friend. And to Vera for winning the adoption lottery and landing in a wonderful home after too many years on her own. I’m so happy to hear this news, I could just plotz.
Hello, lovely bunny!! Welcome to Cutetropolis! She’s adorable, Mike!
I love the name….My mom’s sister loved Vera Bradley’s stuff. Her brother’s wife (who my dad lovingly called a “high-class hillbilly°”) hated it. They’re both gone now but the memory makes me smile. (And I am currently sitting on my couch with the VB throw blanket my boss gave me for Christmas last year.)
[°she was from Arkansas, had expensive taste, and her name was Billie 😛]
I’m thrilled for the three of you, but especially little Miss Vera – a bunny left in a hutch all alone is a sad thing indeed. Long life and happiness to her and to Mike and Teddy!
Congratulations, Mike! Vera is lovely and Teddy is so cute trying to groom her.
Some cake to celebrate!
Extremely awesome cake Allein!
Congratulations Mike and lovely Miss Vera won the rescue lottery!
Congrats to you all! Vera is lovely! And Teddy will win her over, I have no doubt.
