And finally: I Touchy the Birdie
So gentle, Andrew Y.
My God, what a beautiful dog.
I have been laughing about the lawyer since yesterday. I want to see if they have an owl version for my zoom calls. One ear kittie knew what he wanted and went for it, so glad the humans realized he was the perfect cat. Too many times special cats and dogs get overlooked in the quest for “perfect”. Kangaroo cracked me up, never seen one so chill. And it’s a happy dog!!! Love love Samoyeds, they always look like they’re smiling and so gentle with the boid. Plus I call matchingkins on those two.
White dog, white bird, white room, looks to me like the antitheses of yesterday’s black void. Well the rest will have to wait, I’m off to get a my blood test and then BREAKFAST!
Samoyed can touchie da birdie, but no touchie da fishie!
Gorgeous floofers. As is Hopper the cat, who knows what he wants.
Love the kitty filter and may have to try it on my next Zoom.
Notice the wording of the judge’s comment “I believe you have a filter turned on”, just in case the lawyer really was a small fluffy kitten. There is clearly a keen legal mind at work here.
🤣
😂😂
“the lawyer really was a small fluffy kitten”
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Alice!
I thought I had stopped laughing about that zoom call but you’ve started me again.
Rufus just likes to hang with his humans – he’d probably drink beer if it was offered to him. Pup petting boid was SO sweet.
lol…I was just reading the NYT’s Morning email newsletter and it included this section:
WHAT TO (QUICKLY) WATCH
“I’m here live. I’m not a cat”: This viral video became an instant classic.
My favorite part is the upper left corner, which states:
394th Judicial District Court
Recording of this hearing or live stream
is prohibited.
Violation may constitute contempt of
court and result in a fine of up to $500
and a jail term of up to 180 days.
394th Judicial District Court
Ummm … so how did this video get made, let alone online?
Oh, even better—the JUDGE tweeted it!
smh
Yeah, I noticed that, too.
Maybe the court keeps a recording so the judge is allowed?
That’s possible. And it’s not like the clip actually revealed anything to do with the case. Still, I’m surprised nobody has commented on it elsewhere.
Oddly enough there’s an exception to the rules for “educational purposes”. The judge decided that this video was an excellent education in zoom etiquette.
Finally caught up on all the high-quality Qte in today’s links. They’re all winners, but I think my fave today is cloud pupper with little birb. So sweet together!
Finally had a chance to watch Rufus and he’s so terrific. Also actually watched the cat lawyer video and watching the kitten speak for him had me in stitches.
