Strays eat free, octopus steals camera, Fukushima cats, birds form giant bird, and hacking the dog.

And finally: Doghacking

Very clever, Lisa B. — now let’s see him do the back paws.

Some very inspirational stories today, like Gerardo Ortiz feeding stray dogs. Sakae Kato taking care of abandoned cats in Fukushima should get a medal not get arrested, it seems he is still in custody since Feb 25th!

Samson is cute in his PPE but what really impresses me is his owner going back to school after her accident and becoming a neuroscientist!!

Watching a murmuration of starlings in person has just been put to my bucket list!

Have to get to work, so only had time for the dog hack video. What a clever owner! And hilarious! I’ll be giggling all day.

    Octopicture is amazing.

    I wonder what he won.

Took a break and peeked at that link. Octopicture is glorious! All the underwater photography on that page was breathtaking. I especially loved the 5 baby seahorses clinging to a stick.

That reminded me of the puppies with the one big stick.

Lots of great people to be nominated for our Cutetropolitan of the Year award – the restaurant owner, the cat man of Japan, and special mention to the man with the hack (making nail trimming easier around the world!). Amazing pic from the octopus, and people say we’re the only intelligent being on this planet. Boy are the critters proving us wrong. The mummeration is amazing! Like Georgiana, want to see one in person. Definition of perseverance – Joey Ramp going back to school after that accident. Plus her dog, wow!!! Some people can take lessons from Sampson. Great way to start a dreary Monday.
