Meet the Chatterbox Parrots, a family of parrots including these three rowdy ringnecks known as the “Three Stooges” for the way they endlessly natter and poke at each other — and their human mama. (via Murray C.)

I love them! The blue one kinda matches my kitchen walls. π
THEY SAY PEEKABOO IN UNISON!
Triple MMWUH!

They share so many traits, but they’re individual in more than color. Each one has a different repertoire of poses! I think an extended period of listening to voices at that pitch might drive me nuts, but they are also entertaining and just fascinating!
I wonder what “peek-a-boo” means to a birb. I know “tickle-tickle” is commonly used (by hoomans, anyway) for scritchies.
The yellow one’s dramatic poses on the back of the couch!
Sexy leg!
cheep cheep cheep talk a lot pick a little more!
βShe promotes smutty books!β I was Eulalie Mackecknie Shinn in the Music Man oh, SO many years ago.
fabulous, Murray C! Did you see this earlier in lockdown??? https://www.broadwayworld.com/article/VIDEO-Grace-Spelman-Takes-On-Every-Role-in-THE-MUSIC-MANs-Opening-Number-While-Social-Distancing-at-Home-20200325
Wonderful! Itβs a brilliant show – I think it took Meredith Wilson 8 years to write, many many rewrites, but itβs a gem. Thanks for posting!
Do these birds remind anyone else of the muppet space aliens?
Those birbs are hilarious! I wanted the video to go on and on.
Plus parrots always remind me of a beloved David Sedaris piece, “Repeat after Me”–yes, parrots can talk, but they have no idea what they’re saying.
Just like many people π
I’d put my money on parrots knowing more of what they talk about than some people.
Indeed π
