Thanks for asking, the foot is OK. 2 toes are still swollen, but they don’t hurt any more.
I am thinking about getting new kitties only when I’m awake, but I really would like to move away from my current home in the next 2-3 years.
As long as there is a small remnant of hope that I will be able to move, I will try to resist the urge to get kitties, especially because most probably I will be able to buy only a small condo if anything.
First aim is a new home and then a kitten or 4 depending on how much space I’m going to have.
If my brother thwarts my plans ( he usually does that) then I will get about 6 kittens the very next week, just to annoy him 🙂
I bet Bonsai also understands Franglais, the mix of French and English people in the Greater Montreal speak, it’s a bit of a mental gymnastic to switch from one language to the other 2 or 3 times in one phrase but I’m sure Bonsai can do it he is amazing!

Onion chopping gets me again. So happy Bonsai and Honk found the perfect homes, that Sgt Pepper made it home after too many years apart. Plus evil thoughts to whoever took him in the first place, just hoping he was cared for and loved during those years. Makes me wonder if he ever saw a vet and if a vet ever checked him for a chip. Poor Dalmatian mommy, imagine trying to keep up with16 pups?? I’m tired just thinking about it but the puppies are adorable. Interesting video with momma duck, looks like she was feeding. Winnie the kitten is so cute and so fierce but it looks like she’s wrestling outside her weight class, lol.

Lots of onions, awwws, and giggles today. Marco Polo ducks are so cute, they don’t seem real! Bonsai is the most amazing dog with the most amazing people. Honk and his hoomin are also fabulous. Wish everybody cared about animals the way these people do.
Poor mama Dalmatian will need lots of support until the babies are weaned, but she does look proud! And the reunited pup must be happy to be home, though I feel for the family that had looked after him for so long. That must be complicated.
